cocokind.mommunity Trip Contest Official Rules
1. SPONSOR: The sponsor of the cocokind.mommunity Trip Contest (the âContestâ) is OneKind.25, Inc. dba cocokind (the âSponsorâ), 660 4th St. #176, San Francisco, CA 94107. Contest is administered by the Sponsor. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Contest. Participants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Contest. Sponsor may be reached by email at info@cocokind.mom during the Contest Period.
2. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins at 12:01 AM EST on 4/10 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on 4/30 (the âContest Periodâ).
3. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. (excluding residents of overseas military installations, Puerto Rico, and other US territories) who are 21 years or older as of their time of entry.
4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Contest, fill out the form available here. Limit one entry per person.
5. PRIZE: Eight (8) Winners will receive for one (1) person an all expenses paid prize package to attend the cocokind.mommunity trip happening Tuesday, June 2 through Friday, June 5, 2026 in Miami, Florida. The Prize Package includes:
⢠Airfare and transportation to and from trip;
⢠5-star hotel accommodations;
⢠Meals;
⢠Additional exclusive activities and adventures.
The Prize Package ARV is twelve thousand five hundred dollars ($12,500.00). The total Contest ARV is one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000).
Trip details, including travel, accommodations, and itinerary, to be coordinated privately with Winners after verification.
6. WINNER SELECTION: Eligible entries will be judged by a panel of judges based on the following criteria: (1) engagement with cocokind websites and social media accounts - those that are constantly engaging on social, leaving comments on posts, sharing posts, and leaving reviews on their favorite products; (2) public commitment and advocacy for cocokind and those that share cocokind with their community, post about cocokind on social platforms like Instagram and TikTok, and use the cocokind referral and/or loyalty programs to share the love with friends and family; and (3) demonstrated passion and advocacy for cocokind, which may include sharing user-generated content, creative reviews, or brand-aligned essays/submissions. The odds of winning depend on the performance of each entrant. The Winners will be selected on or around May 5, 2026, and, subject to winner verification.
All results of the selection are final and binding, subject to these Official Rules. In the event a winning entry is discovered to be invalid for any reason whatsoever or the person who submitted the winning entry fails to comply with these Official Rules prior to delivery of the prize, the prize may be forfeited. If the prize (or any portion thereof) becomes unavailable for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. All prizes are awarded âas is,â without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize represents Sponsorâs good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply.
7. NOTICE TO WINNER: The Winners will be notified via email on or about May 5, 2026. Sponsorâs selection of the Winner is final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winnerâs failure to receive notices due to Winnerâs spam, junk e-mail, notifications, or other security settings on Winnerâs e-mail account or for Winnerâs provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within three (3) business days after the notification, the prize may be deemed to be âUnclaimed.â Unclaimed prize may be awarded to an alternate winner at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner may waive their right to receive prize. Prize is not assignable and not transferable. No refund, cash redemption, substitution or replacement of prize or any prize component permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value (or cash equivalent). Winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes.
8. VERIFICATION OF WINNER: The potential Prize Winners may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, âPrize Claim Documentsâ). If any potential winner fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within ten (10) days of prize notification (or such shorter time as exigencies may require), the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
9. RELEASE: By receipt of any prize, Winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Promotional Partners, Prize Partner, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such companyâs officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the âReleased Partiesâ) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize, including claims based on the negligence of the Released Parties.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other Contest or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsorâs failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event that the trip cannot be conducted as planned, including due to causes beyond the Sponsorâs control (e.g., acts of God, war, terrorism, government restrictions, pandemic, or weather), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with one of comparable value, which may include cash equivalent, travel vouchers, or an alternate trip, or to postpone the trip. The Released Parties shall have no liability to the Winner for any such substitution, postponement, or cancellation.
11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Participantâs participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason a Participant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Participantâs sole remedy is another entry in the Contest, if it is possible. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.
12. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Central District of California or the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, California; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneysâ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
13. PRIVACY: Information collected in connection with the Contest will be used in accordance with the online privacy policy available at https://www.cocokind.mom/pages/privacy-policy. By entering the Contest, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Sponsor entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Winners list.
14. WINNER LIST: To obtain any winner list (after the conclusion of the Contest) or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed envelope with the proper postage affixed to OneKind.25 LLC dba cocokind, 660 4th St. #176, San Francisco, CA 94107. Please specify âwinner's listâ or âOfficial Rulesâ and the name of the Contest in your request.
15.This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
